Welcome Home: Common Area Improvements at 300 Lacasse 

The 200 residents at 300 Lacasse can now enjoy brighter and more inviting common areas after a series of upgrades were completed in July 2025. 

What kinds of improvements were made?  

• New flooring in the common hallways, lounge and laundry room.  

• Fresh paint throughout hallways, stairwells, the lobby, and the laundry room. Updated lighting in hallways, stairwells, and the lobby.   

• New ceramic wall tiles in the elevator lobby. 

• New baseboards heaters in shared spaces help reduce energy use by working more efficiently.

Looking ahead to 2026 

OCH’s Asset Management, Maintenance, and Property Management teams will be working together on seven projects planned for 2026. Tenant notices will be shared ahead of time with details about when work is scheduled to begin in each building. 

Planned projects include: 

• Common area renovations at Regina Towers, 1433 and 140 Den Haag  

• Lobby renovations at 450 Laurier  

• New mailboxes at 500 St. Laurent, 507 Riverdale, and 251 Donald
